Our Story
The Beginning
One day, Alix was helping a friend to make a mint South African tart. They were chatting about business and ways to make extra income. Suddenly, Alix had an idea. She thought about blending elements from the Venezuelan dessert, Marquesa, with a twist to suit the South African palate.
Excited about the idea, Alix discussed it with Rafael, her husband, who also loved it. Together, they decided to create samples, seek opinions, and collect reviews. With each improvement, more people became enthusiastic, requesting additional flavors and placing orders.
The overwhelming support and encouragement were the motivation to turn the idea into a legitimate business.
